The construction of Blenheim’s Speights Ale House was one of our larger commercial builds undertaken. Designed by Arthouse Architecture, and with serious good looks both inside and out, the project was triumph and one we are very proud of.

The build featured woodgrain tilt panels, plaster and cedar cladding. The interior has robust polished concrete floors with decorative inlaid oak timber.

The SAH continues to be one of the most popular and loved restaurant and bars in Blenheim and is celebrated for its homely and welcoming atmosphere.
